I would look in places that carry scrapbooking supplies. Maybe Michael's, or JoAnn Fabrics. There are just tons of little "embellishments" out there these days.

Hmmm...I did a Google search and couldn't come up with any, either. Don't know what you're using these for, but could you make what you need? I'm thinking BINGO chips (not the magnetic kind) painted black, making the "label" on your computer and printing them up, then even drilling a hole in the center.
Also, you mentioned cake decorations. I have seen teen themed cakes with records on them, so you might just check at a bakery, see what you could come up with. They might be able to order you what you need.

Hi I live in a small town and would ave to order these online somewhere I did a google search lol but I couldnt find anything? I hope someone might know where to get these. I dont care if they are charms cake decorations whatever as long as they are about the size of a quarter or about 1" plastic records lol. I would even be willing to go as big as a half dollar or 1 1/2"?? lol

how about making them with "washers"? Paint them black? Then you can cut out a little paper circle and make a smaller hole in it and glue it to the "record". Washers are really cheap too..
I don't know if it will work, it is just an idea

you can make a lot of things like this out of a plastic gallon jug, like milk comes in, just use a quarter as a stencil, then you can cut the circles out and paint them etc, just depends on how much time you have and how many friends will save their milk jugs for you =)
