At one time there was a few sites where you could make thinks out of all the old AOL cd's and things like that. Does anybody know of these or something that you can do with them. My Mother has just been diagnosed with terminal cancer and about all she can do is sit around. She is getting very bored and has lots of these things she has saved. I just thought maybe that would be something that she and I could do together in what little time she has left. Thanks for any help.

We have melted these using a toaster oven into bowl shapes. Be very careful cause they can get really hot. You also want to make sure Your work area is ventalated cause it smells really bad. They turn out real cute.
I have seen cd's made into clocks on Ebay. They look pretty cool, but I'm not sure how difficult it would be to make them. I don't the link but something you could look into
