I know that it is still a while off until father's day but I want to see about getting some ideas of gift ideas for my kids to make there dad for fathers day. So does any one have any good ideas or know of some good web sites with things that the kids can make something neat for there dad. You know mothers get things from the kids every year from the school that our kids make us but the dad's never do because they are out of school by then so I want to make this a year that he will never forget Thanks guys

my daughter usually makes my husband a gift bag or basket with some of his favorite candies, and then she puts something in it for him to keep, like a stuffed animal or something for his collection, that can be any kind of collection, NFL, Nascar, fishing,golf, whatever. With gift baskets there are so many ideas you can do and the kids can make something to personalize it & or decorate the basket. We usually find wicker baskets at a garage sale and paint them (acrylic spray paint). Since you have a while until Fathers Day you have plenty of time to look for things to put in the basket. The kids can make a card to go in it too =)
