I can do them, but it depends on what type(s) of fabric you are wanting, the style that you want them in and the size. HTH

deals,
It would depend on the size and amount of work that goes into it, as well as material. I make a number of different ones, from just blankets, to fully quilted quilts! I made a HUGE one for my grandfather's 75th birthday that included pictures of our entire family--his 11 children, their spouses, children and children's children! If you'd like to see some pics, click below. If I can help you with this project, Email Me

PS: In the 3rd link you can see the pic of me and my dh, Adam. We are the first pic from the left hand side. It is from our wedding. Just above and to the right of us is my parents and just below and to the right is my brother, Jim. Directly next to us is my sister, Jess.

Robin, thank you for the compliment! I don't think I have the time/energy to put into one that large right now. I am, however, doing some baby quilts. If you'd like one, please email me at jkatherine@yahoo.com. Thanks!

JKatherine
I looked at your quilt and it is simply awesome, would you mind sharing the info on how to make a blanket like this? Mostly how do you put the pictures on, I have used that transfeer stuff in the bottle for some projects, do you use it,iron ons or what? I think this is a really neat idea, but I would be gathering materials over the next few years to make it for a 50th anniversary gift so I wouldn't be interested in getting someone else to do it really. Would love the info if you don't mind sharing. Thanks so much either way!!

No,I don't mind sharing information at all! Anyone can feel free to email or PM me with questions. I am also on Yahoo messenger as JKatherine.
As for your question about the transfers, I only use a certain kind by Daisy Kingdom (see link below)that I buy online. It is much much cheaper to buy this paper online than at WalMart even! My aunt owns a printing business and I use her color copier to print my pics onto the transfer paper then iron them onto the fabric after I've pieced it together. You can add whatever you like to your project to make it extra special. With this one for my grandfather, I sewed a button at each corner of each square. The buttons belonged to my late grandmother (his wife). They were from her button collection.
