Awesome site! I'm a room mother for my kindergartener, and there are some great ideas to help with the class Halloween party!

That is a great site for all seasons ! We can't do a "Halloween" party - maybe a Fall Event instead I had my 8 year old tell me that "Halloween is the Devil's Birthday" - some other kid told him that at school

KID'S HALLOWEEN PARTY
Of course kids will want something to eat at your Halloween party. But who wants the same old finger foods? (No pun intended.) Serve up these scary snacks to give your young ones a real scream!
Try some of these Halloween favorites:
Pizza eyeballs: Cut out small rounds of pita bread or baked pizza crust with a circular cookie cutter. Spoon on a layer of tomato sauce and then stack on some shredded mozzarella cheese (let some of the red sauce show through for a 'bloodshot' effect). Top each with an olive slice and toast or broil until the cheese is melted.
Cups of dirt: Fill paper cups with chocolate pudding. Sprinkle crushed chocolate sandwich cookies on top and stick a gummy worm in the middle. Serve with miniature shovels (spoons).
Bite-sized bugs: Cut string cheese and sausage sticks into chunks. Use broken toothpicks to make legs and antennae on each 'bug.' Then, push green grapes along the lengths of toothpicks to make caterpillars. A word of caution: Make sure kids pull out the toothpicks before eating the bugs. These snacks are not recommended for young children.
After a night of frights and fun, your guests will want treats to remember the good time. Try these freaky favors:
Fake tattoos
Vampire teeth
Pumpkins, gourds or cookies that kids decorated at the party
Halloween books
Candy grab bags (Set up a scavenger hunt for children to find pieces of different kinds of candy. Whatever they find they can take home! Gummy animals are especially appropriate for this game.)
An organized and supervised Halloween party is the perfect way to help little ones safely celebrate the holiday.
