I saw some Halloween Woodsies at Walmart last weekend. You could (just an idea) have the children paint them and stick pin backs on the back of them and wear them....or here's another

If they are carring tote bags out of cloth have them paint the woodsies and glue to their Halloween bags. They can even do this w/an old pillowcase.

I hope this helps. Good luck. Woodsies were I think $1.29 for a bag of 50 different Halloween designs.

If you want ones that are already painted, Michael's has really cute small ones for 25 cents each.
