I want to do a set of dishes for each of my children with their pics on it(bowl, cup, plate) is there anything I can use to cover the pic onto a plate that is also safe to eat off of?? Is decoupage safe like that?

do you have a local pottery shop? you could go that route, put a food safe glaze on it, and have them fire it for you, and it will last forever
