3 or 4 medium potatoes
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup milk
8 hot Dogs
grated Colby Jack cheese
Boil potatoes in a saucepan. When cooked, drain and mash the potatoes, adding butter and milk. (Using leftover mashed potatoes works well also.) Cut hot dogs lengthwise about 3/4 of the way through the hot dog to make a pocket. Fill hot dog with mashed potatoes and top with cheese. Heat in 350F oven for about 15 minutes, until cheese is melted.
