This is so cute!!!!!!!!!!
Tonight I made 3 containers with homemade lipgloss in them
i used the containers that you buy to seperate beads I got them at wal mart for 1.96 each they were in the shape of a daisy
I then bought 2 big wal mart vasaline.
I already had the following

hot coco package
raspberry jello mix
cherry jello mix
mixed fruit jello mix
pink lemonaide kool aide
lemoaide kool aide
grape kool aide
strawberry kool aide

I took 1 container of the vasaline took it out of the container and put it in a glass bowl.. I put it in the microwave and melted it in incroments of 45 seconds.. when i had enough melted i poured it out into another bowl and pour one of those mixes in kept pouring in till it tasted like the flavor. then i let it cool just a little and poured it in the plastic container.. my daughters loved them!!!!

I made these this morning. Cold weather brings chapped lips, and this was perfect for my girls. My teenagers are always impressed when Mom can make the little extras. They like to take their homemade stuff to school and show it off to their friends. I made mine out of petroleum jelly and a package of strawberry jello. Added just a drop of food coloring, and for that extra shimmer, stirred in a small amout of body glitter and put it in some little containers. Turned out really well. Thanks for the idea!

are you useing the sweetened kool aid ? sounds like a
fun thing to make !

We did try to make some lip gloss with the unsweetened Koolaid. Although it still smells good, it is of course quite bitter without the sugar so I definitly suggest the pre-sweetened. Jello seemed to be a better choice all-around for us.

I am glad so many of you liked these.. My daughters loved them and so did there friends!! I used regular kool aid packets the cheap ones couldnt tell you if they had sugar or not since i dont have any left in the house.. but mine tasted fine. my kids flipped when i tasted each one i said they have to taste like the flavor they were like ohhh yeah thats true lol
