coconut sugar scrub
Ingredients: Makes approx. 16 ozs. 1 1/2 cups fine white sugar 1/2 cup fine sea salt 1/2 - 3/4 cup Virgin Coconut Oil (as needed) 1 tblsp. Pineapple Fragrance Oil (optional) 16 oz jar or container Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add more or less of the Virgin Coconut Oil to your suit your preference. The mixture may seem dry at first, but wait a few hours and then add more of the coconut oil if necessary. Scrub should be moist, and not too much of the oil should be floating on top. You can also make an all sugar or all salt scrub if you prefer one over the other or change the ratio of sugar to salt. brown sugar: 1/2 cup brown sugar (can use granulated for a grainer scrub) 1/2 cup fine sea salt 1/4 cup or less of a combination of sunflower, sweet almond and jojoba oils 1/2 cup of shredded soap (optional) 1 tablespoon kaolin or china clay (white) 1 tablespoon honey 1 teaspoon vitamin E oil 1 teaspoon each of grapefruit, lime and orange essential oils. Mix all ingredients in small bowl. Spoon into jar. This recipe makes 8 ounces. The oil will settle on the top, just stir before use. This is an invigorating scrub so rub gently. Bath gloves work best for good exfoliation. Works very well on legs, feet, knees, elbows. Not recommended for faces. Any essential or fragrance oils may be substituted. this is what ive found right now if i find more ill post. * havent made these yet, but worth a try*
