Supplies: 2 mesh stockings 40mm macrame bead - natural color Peppermint star candy 1/4 yd. red flannel material Acrylic paint - med. flesh color Wool doll hair Felt squares - red, white, green and black Painty pens - pink and black Hot glue and glue gun Instructions: Base paint front side of macrame bead with medium flesh color for face. Partially fill mesh stockings with star candy. Holding stockings side by side, wind hangers around top of stockings to secure and then pull hangers through bead, pulling them out top. This forms head and legs of Santa. Cut hat from pattern out of red flannel. Cut strip for scarf approx. 8"x1". Pinch strip together in center and glue to stocking under center front of head. Cut felt shapes from patterns. Glue mittens to ends of red felt strip. Glue white arm fur on top of mittens at wrist. Glue white leg fur to ankle area on top of stocking. Glue black shoe behind stocking. Glue doll hair onto macrame bead to from hair across back of head and around to sides of face. Use hair to make mustache and beard. With painty pens, make pink circles for cheeks and nose. Paint black dots for eyes. Put edges of hat pieces together and glue forming hat, leaving small opening toward top for hanger strands to go through. Tie end of hat into knot.
