Arrow Animal Head Plastic Bag Holder

Supplies:
Stuffed animal head
Chenille cut by Wimpole Street or 18"x30" cut
Fabric Tac glue
1 yd. cording
1/2 yd. velcro
Instructions:
On chenille piece, trim top down about 3/4" and glue with Fabric Tac. Turn side the same as top. Lay cording on bottom edge and turn up about 1" and glue. Fold chenille piece in half with opening at back. Glue sides together. On inside of top opening, put velcro so it will open to enable being able put plastic bags into bag. Pull cording up on bottom and tie so there is only a small opening big enough only to pull out plastic bags when needed. Glue. Stitch or velcro animal head to front top of chenille.
