Free Quilting Projects Online

Janome
http://www.janome.com/projects.php
This projects page has so many different projects that it would be difficult to choose just one! Some of the quilting projects include a Victorian quilt made entirely out of scraps of fabric you have left over and "Wedding Bells" art to make a quilt block. Beginners to advanced sewers can find many different projects here. Take a look!

Jinny Beyer Studio
http://www.jinnybeyer.com/blocks/
As always Jinny Beyer provides an excellent resource for online quilters. There are many patterns to make full-sized quilts. Detailed diagrams and instructions are available for each quilt, as are full color pictures of the finished project. For some of the projects fabric is available to purchase online. Instructions are provided in various file formats, including the PDF format. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer in order to take advantage of this extremely reliable file format. This site is a must see and will most likely end up in your Favorites folder!

Patchpieces

You'll find 6 paper piecing patterns, 3 appliqué patterns and a "no waste" method for working with the Flying Geese pattern. On this site you'll also find a quilt that can be completed in 8 months. This quilt honors the computer age quilter! These patterns come in Adobe's PDF file format. You'll need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. However, you will find that there will never be any printing error when using PDF format. The pattern will print on your printer exactly as the designer planned.

Quilter's Cache
http://www.quilterscache.com
Marcia has put in a lot of effort to make her site very nice. She offers over 400 different free quilt patterns that come complete with detailed instructions. She has even implemented a rating system based on skill level for each block. This is a very informative site!
