Irish Cream
1 Cup whiskey
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup cereal cream (any heavy cream will do)
1 tbsp chocolate syrup
few drops coconut extract
Whip til smooth and invite me over!!!!
Amaretto
3 cups sugar
21/4 cups water
rind of 3 lemons
1 qt vodka
3 tbsp almond flavoring
2 tbsp vanilla
Mix first 3 ingredients, boil. Reduce and simmer for 5 mins. cool completely, stir in remaining infredients and store in air tight containers.
Kahlua
4 cups water
1 1/2 cups instant coffee granules
4 1/2 c vodka
8 cups sugar
2 vanilla beans
Mix water, sugar and coffee. Heat and stir until dissolved. Cool until room temperature, add vodka and pour into four bottles. cut vanilla bean in half lenghtwise and drop a piece into each bottle. Cap and let sit for 2 weeks. Strain and rebottle.
**oh yeah, mix an ounce of Kahlua, an ounce of banana liquer, and an ounce of baileys, add milk and blend in blender. This makes the best FUNKY MONKEY ever!!
Another Khalua Recipe
1 fifth of everclear or clearsprings
12 Cups water
6 1/2 cups sugar
1 Cup instant coffee
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3 Tablespoons vanilla
Combine all ingredients except the liquor and vanilla, boil, simmer 20 Minutes let cool. add liquor and vanilla.
I have also heard that it is best to keep kalua in dark bottles.
Banana Liqueur
2 md bananas
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups vodka
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cups water
Mix sugar and water, boil and cool. Mash bananas (make sure there is no brown spots) and add vanilla, vokda, and sugar/water mix. Let sit for 1 week in a cool dark place. Strain well and bottle. The older this is the better it tastes!

Coconut Liqueur
2 cups flaked coconut
4 cooriander seeds
1/4 tsp vanilla
3 c vokda
1/2 c brandy (optional)
Mix all in a jar. Shake once a day for 3-4 weeks. Strain thoroughly as coconut will tend to hold alcohol.
Licorice Liqueur
2 1/2 tbsp licorice root
1 1/2 cup vodka
1/2 cup sugar syrup(1 part water and 2 parts sugar boiled and cooled)
Chop licorice root and add to vodka. Let sit for a week and add sugar/water mix. The longer this sits the stronger it gets.
Blackberry, Raspberry or Strawberry Liqueur
1 pt fresh berries
2 1/2 cups vodka
1 vanilla bean
1/4 tsp whole allspice
1/2 cup sugar syrup (see above)
Mix berries, vodka, vanilla, and allspice. Crush lightly. store in a cool dark place for 3-4 weeks. Strain well and add sugar/water mix.
