For those who are still with me...lol....more stocking stuffers

Angel Feathers

SUPPLIES:
• 3" x 6" Styrofoam Cone
• White Paper Twist
• 18" Covered Wire
• 1 Package 4 mm White Bead Garland
• 2 Yds. of 2" White Gathered Lace
• 1/2 Yd. of 3/4" Gathered Lace
• 1 1/2" Wooden Ball
• 1 1/2" Yards of Gold Cord
• Gold Mini Star Garland
• Blonde Wavy Locks Craft Hair
• Gold Glitter Dimensional Paint
• 1 Package of White Floral Feathers
• Low Temp Glue Gun and Glue
• Needle and Thread
• Paintbrush
DIRECTIONS:
1. Cut three pieces of paper twist 7" long. Gently untwist. Glue all three together, side by side. Cut two pieces of 2" lace the same length as the long edges of glued paper twist. Glue one piece 1/4" in from the edge on one end. Turn over and glue the other lace 1" in from the edge of the opposite end. Overlap and glue the short edges, forming a tube. (Note: Lace that is 1/4" in from the edge should be to the inside.)
2. Glue bead garland on top of lace that is 1" in from the edge. Glue the gold cord above the beaded garland. Fold the end with lace only over 1". Now both ends of lace are on the outside. Gather up end with lace only, and glue to top edge of cone. Let rest of "dress" flare out. Make sure the bottom edge of lower lace touches the floor. Glue wooden ball to the top of the cone. With needle and thread, gather a 10" piece of lace and tie around 'neck'. Glue piece of bead garland over this. Glue hair around head forming a bun.
3. To form the arms, fold covered wire in half. Fold back 4" on each end and twist. Cut 8" of twisted paper and gently untwist. From this, cut two 1/4" wide strips and two 1/2" wide strips. Wrap 1/4" strips around hands, gluing ends. Continue wrapping arms with 1/2" strips. Cut three pieces twisted paper, each 8" long. Gently untwist. Gather the end of one strip around hand, letting long length hang out away from hand and arm. Wrap with wire to secure. Repeat for the other hand. Fold sleeves back, exposing hands. Glue 3/4" lace to both ends of the last piece of twisted paper. Overlap and glue long edges forming tube. Insert arms into tube, center. Wrap wire around the very center of arms. Glue wired center to back of angel, under the lace at the very top. See illustration 1 for sleeves and arms.
4. To form wings, glue four layers of untwisted paper twist together and cut out two small ovals each about 1" long. Pick out enough pretty curvey feathers for two wings, about six each. Use two small feathers in front. Glue base of feathers to the ovals, forming wings, making the feathers curve upwards. With paint brush, very lightly brush gold glitter paint on front of wings and on all lace. Do not add too much. Glue wings to the back of the angel. Wrap a piece of star garland to form halo, about three or four times. Loop a small piece of wire around the halo and glue. Glue other end of wire to back of head to support halo.

Christmas Block Tree
SUPPLIES:
• 1 - 8" Wooden Dome Base or Wooden Plaque
• 1 - 8" Glass Dome (Optional)
• 36 Wooden Alphabet Blocks
• Hot Glue Gun & Glue Sticks
• Approximately 40 Christmas Miniatures
--- Wreaths

--- Rocking Horses
--- Trains
--- Musical Instruments
DIRECTIONS:
1. Begin by placing 11 blocks on the wooden base in a circular pattern (see illustration 1). Make sure the bottom row is on the inside of the groove. When you have them positioned correctly, begin gluing each block to the base with hot glue. Continue adding tiers, gluing each block in place. See illustration 2 for the number of blocks for each tier.
2. Glue the miniatures in the spaces created by the blocks. Glue some miniatures on the tops of the blocks and some on the sides. Try putting a tree and reindeer together. Try to fill most of the spaces. When finished, place the glass dome over the blocks, fitting it in the groove of the base (if applicable).
TIP: Create a tree with a theme such as teddy bears or dollhouse miniatures. Use your imagination!
