white castle turkey stuffing

10 white castle hamburgers pickles removed
11/2 cup celery,diced
11/4 tsp. ground thyme
11/4 tsp. ground sage
3/4 tsp. couarse ground black pepper
1/4 cup of chicken broth
tear the white castle hamburgers into pieces and place in a large mixing bowl, add diced celery and seasonings. toss and add chicken broth.toss well. stuff cavity of turkeyjust before roasting.
note:allow 1 white castle hamburger for each pound of turkey, which will be equivalent to 3/4 cup of stuffing per pound. makes about 9 cups (enough for a 10-12LB. turkey).
