I have found that when you can't print a coupon for whatever reason, if you go to the manufacturer's website and click on their "Contact Us" link and tell them that you couldn't print their coupon and that you're so disappointed because you love their product and purchase it all the time and could they please mail it to you, most will do so and many will send you more than just the coupon you're requesting. Colgate Palmolive, for example, will send coupons for about a dozen P&G products.
