If they were legally adopted, they were his children. It is the same with any other adopted child, or any child for that matter. Once a parent dies, if the parent has made arrangements for someone to have guardianship of that said child(ren), then everything is OK. That is why all parents need to have a will of some sort, because if anything were to happen to them, the children would indeed become wards of the state, and the state would give them to the person they deemed the fittest to raise the children, and it might be some aunt from Oklahoma that you really despise. But, since reports are coming out now that they were never "legally" adopted, it could get into a real sticky wicket real fast. TMZ knows just about everything, and they were the ones that first reported this, (and they were the ones that first reported Jacksons death) He also seemed to be really close to some of his siblings, like you say. I really don't think that he was in his right mind most of the time. I think that he was emotionally retarded.
