I have been getting spasms kinda lower then my heart maybe my diaphragm. It's right in top opening from where your ribs are I've read some sites that people get these and I was curious to know if anyone has dealt with this? It's been going on for about three days now, The first two days it was just a little here and a little there but today it's pretty much been none stop since noon. It's freaking me out. I don't know what it is or why it's happening. I have an appt to go see my doctor Monday. Does anyone know anything about this? Thank you all
