ok here you go more hints to be successful lol
1.We are customer service we work for the compnay we are not the company so we don't make the rules,
Don't call us and start screaming at us it won't get you anywhere.
Most of us would love nothing more than to give you free everything however our calls are being recorded and yes they do listen to our calls
If you don't feel like you getting anywhere ask to speak to a supervisor, and yes they may be busy so we have to leave a message to have them call you back.
We are human just like you and yes a lot os us have had our services shut off just like you.
we have to call in if something is wrong they same way you do so we KNOW how bad it is to have to call in.
I have seen twice while working one of our customer service people have saved a life. both time the person they were talking to had a heart attack and we have called 911 to save them
I myself have had 4 customers come to where i work and take me out to dinner just to say thanks lol
so please don't forget we are human ...we don't make the rules... even if we hate what the company is doing we have to "agree" to it
and sugar goes a long way more than vinegar lol
