I feel they are representatives of the store and therefore care about such things. Whenver I've had a coupon for an item and the pic showed something specific, I felt that this was what the coupon was for. But coupons vary and I always looked for the word "any" and if it was there, I was prepared to argue the point if the cashier wasn't going to give me my 'cents off.'
