They did them of her stomach, duodenum and esophagus. She has an aberrant innominate artery (her aortic arch goes behind her esophagus) and she's been having problems with shortness of breath and choking. The cardiologist said that chances are that the aortic arch is pushing on her esophagus and giving her all the trouble but before he would do the surgery, she had to go in and have biopsies done to make sure that it wasn't some other issue.
