1) GRAND PRIZE: 2010 Ford F-150 (ARV/MSRP $35,000) and a private Toby Keith performance in winner's hometown (ARV $200).

The Toby Keith private performance portion of the Grand Prize will take place at a Sponsor-selected location and time and must be completed by 3/31/11 or that portion of the Grand Prize will be forfeited.

Total ARV of Grand Prize: $35,200.

Rules

Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S. who are at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license.
