Thanks everyone. As of this minute they have her bp under what the doctor termed "reasonable control" it's not great, but it is at the high end of tolerable, and some of her swelling has gone down. They have her hooked up to fetal monitors and they have not yet delivered the baby. They told her that she is not leaving the hospital until she delivers and she isn't due til late May.
She has a 6 year old DD that is staying with my 70 year old Mom (who has her own health issues) during the day and my 75 year old Aunt at night. They both lived in restricted retirement comunities and that can't last. I offered (again) to have my niece come here, but my sister won't do it. It is so frustrating. Anyways, thanks for all the good thoughts and prayers. I appreciate them.
I only slept about two hours last night and went to the gym late after work today (which I stumbled through) and scared my trainer, I told him to beat the hell out of me. Maybe I can sleep tonight, a good friend brought me a vicodin, and my two teens are at their dad's (which was a two hour round trip after work and before the gym....which my poor 9 year old had to sit and wait through), so it is just me and the 9 year old, who right now is by far my easiest kid to deal with. I guess now wasn't the ideal time to quit smoking...LOL
Again, thanks.
