Ok..Ebay has a way to report fraudulaunt buyers so I have done that now too. I followed up her good feedback left with a line saying she SCAMMED me and used paypal with no funds in acct.
I will give her until Monday to contact me and then will call police here and there. I am looking for my contract to see if it shows the IMEI# so I can call AT&T too.

For those that are wondering why paypal isn't backing me its because right on the payment it said she was not eligible for paypal protection but I had never had problems so I sent it anyway....thats why I was so stupid.

She has NOT responded to an email sent thru Ebay yesterday.
