Just be glad this guy isn't a surgeon! He'd probably have your intestines coming out of your ears....and then tell you that you have lousy plumbing.
I ran into a 9 month period of h3ll with my cable's internet. Amazing how easy it is for them to say that all the problems are mine and not theirs. After numerous phone calls (I even asked if they wanted to give me my own personal direct line to them since I had to call so often) and repair visits from everyone from the lowest repairmen to the head supervisors I go t one man who listened to me and then climbed the pole and replaces a rusty little thingy. I did get an apology and free months of internet service. I was also informed that these idiots were being sent back to ' repair school'. I did eventually go thru the corporate office when I wasn't getting anywhere with the people I had to deal with on the phone.
If they had given me free service for life then I think I would have been satisfied. No amount of 'free' service could make up for all the time and aggravation that I had to endure for 9 months. As I said to the corporate rep "In the time it took your people to resolve this, I could have gotten pregnant and delivered a baby!".
