But honestly I couldn't say. I don't even know how to text except I can say it was explained to me and although it sounded easy.... I thought that it was a much longer process than I would want to have to do. It makes me appreciate the telephone for the voice and sound transmission. I also know texting seems to me almost like a step back in time but My daughter who is 15 is so into it that she has unlimited texting on her cell phone. Me??? I just want to say... hey I need a gallon of milk stop and pick it up to my hubby and be done with it. ha ha.

The customers text their questions to ChaCha. When they do so, the questions are sent out to Guides, where we get a message on our computer screen asking if we would like to answer the questions. The whole text thing is not just through phones. The customer can also go to www.chacha.com to send a question to ChaCha Guides but need a cell phone to get the answer.
