It is a state law that animal feces has to be cleaned up every 24 hours. I manage a mobile home community, so I know what I am talking about. It is obvious to me that your park manager either doesn't know what a pit bull looks like or never saw the dog and took the resident's word that it was mixed with boxer (I have had numerous residents try to get away with that). If I have any suspicion of the breed of the animal, they are not allowed to bring it into the community until I have a report from the vet as to what breed it is. If there is a drop of pit bull blood in the dog, is it not allowed here. All animals in our community are to be "inside" pets, tying them up outside is not an option. Residents must always be in attendance when the animal is outside of the home and it must be on a leash... I call animal control every time I see one unattended...believe me...it gets the point across when people start coming home to no animals.
