Do you have the IMEI# for the phone?(even if you dont and you have ever had the phone on your account, they should have the IMEI# on record) If you do, call your original hpone provider that it was purchased from and report the phone stolen. Even though you sold it to her, she did not honor her payment, so yes, it is stolen property. Once you report it stolen, it gets zapped and she cant use it. No one can until you call and report it as found.

If you are lucky and it is a Nextel, there is the possibility when she turns it on, or puts her sim in that Sprint will charge her for the phone.
