ours are due the same day every year......they also close at noon on the last day (and closed the day after)....they don't do cc, debit cards, or checks....and the ladies there are old and rude
Our taxes are much cheaper now cause several yrs back Arkansas passed some sort of law stating the 2nd home on the same land was tax free up to $300.....so we only pay taxes on our autos cause tax on a mobile home are cheap anyway lol
