We get our tax bill in March for the whole year, but we can pay it in halfs. May 15th and Oct. 15th. I always send a check a couple of weeks before. We also have a property refund program just like a renters. It goes according to your income. I usually get a check the end of Sept. covering most of the second half or at least something.
