Anyways, just last week I filled out our personal property tax form, and sent it in, that means our 2008-2009 personal property and real estate taxes are about due, we'll get the due notices in a few weeks... our personal property are always around $250 for both vehicles, and the real estate are around $450.00 (unless they have went up again, won't know until we get the bill), that's $700.00 due in August... and, our vehicle insurance and homeowners insurance is all due August 22, that's $300 for the house, and, $900 for the year for the two vehicles, so that's another $1200.00... that's $1900.00 due in August... plus all the 'regular' stuff, like house and truck payment.

It's been that way for 20 years, as of September this year, we have been in this house for 20 years.

Oh yea.... had to pay $6.00 for the dog tags too ! Aww, he's worth it I guess.
Wow big congrats on keeping the house that long! Its especially hard when you pay for that stuff on your own, many people dont save for it and then get totally screwed when its due.
