We had a battle with the city over our property taxes.. We own 2 lots and the taxes are included in with the mortgage.. Well they sold our mortgage to Chase and they weren't paying the taxes on the second lot..So dh calls and tells them they need to pay it.. Chase said no. So we had to hurry up and get to city hall to pay them because they were due THAT day.. Monday Chase ends up paying it.. Then the city said they sent the payment back to Chase and Chase said they never recieved it
It took us 3 months and dozens of calls and threats by our lawyer before we got that 3 grand back
