FIFTY-ONE DAILY INSTANT WIN PRIZES: Each Daily is a trip for two (2) persons to Las Vegas, NV.

Each Trip Package consists of round trip coach air transportation between major commercial airport nearest winner's residence (as determined by Prize Provider in its sole discretion) and Las Vegas, NV, and three (3) days and two (2) nights' accommodations arranged by Prize Provider (single room, double occupancy). The Approximate Retail value of each Prize: $1,200. Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $61,200. In the event a Daily Instant Win Prize Winner resides in Canada, Sponsor will provide the round trip coach air transportation between major commercial airport nearest winner's residence and Las Vegas, NV and the Prize Provider will provide the three (3) days and two (2) nights' accommodations arranged by Prize Provider (single room, double occupancy). Actual value of trip may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between major commercial airport nearest Winner residence and Las Vegas, NV. All Prize Winners must be complete travel by December 31, 2008 or the prize will be forfeited and no other compensation will be provided by Sponsor, Prize Provider or any of the Related Entities. All trips must be booked at least ten (10) days prior to departure. All travel is subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be round trip. Prize Provider will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and blackout dates will apply. Travel is subject to terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Prize Provider's airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the prize description stated herein, including but not limited to, ground transportation, additional meals, incidentals, upgrades, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or any other expenses are the sole responsibility of the Winners. Winner's Guest must be at least 21 years or age or older at the time of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the Winner. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If in the judgment of Sponsor, Prize Provider or Related Entities air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to Las Vegas, NV, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air transportation at Sponsor's and Prize Provider's sole discretion and Winner will not receive the cost difference between the air and ground transportation. Limit one (1) prize per household. Sponsor and Prize Provider shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Sponsor and Prize Provider shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. If a Prize Winner becomes disabled or cannot otherwise fully enjoy the Prize trip due to illness, Sponsor and Prize Provider shall have the option at its sole discretion of: (1) being relieved of liability for fulfillment of that Prize trip or any part thereof or; (2) extending the period during which such Prize trip may be awarded for a period equal to the duration of Prize Winner's disability or illness. Prize Winner must prove such disability by a doctor's certificate, which certificate shall be endorsed by another physician agreeable to Sponsor, Prize Provider and Prize Winner at Prize Winner's expense. Prize Trip is subject to any and all restrictions instituted by the Department of Defense and/or Department of Homeland Security as required. Prize Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, provincial and local taxes on prize. Sponsor, Prize Provider and Related Entities are not responsible for any fees or additional charges resulting from Winner's or guest's change of accommodations. Prize Winners may not choose the cash value in lieu of the prize. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of any prize permitted. In the event a prize is unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded to alternate winners.
