but yesterday the Star Trek Experience was celebrating their 10th Anniversary and locals were FREE! (these are the times I absolutely love livin' in Vegas
) So... me and three friends went and checked it out. OMG the line was so long (of course we expected that... but damn!) and it was actually fun. We went on both the rides. The Borg Invasion kind of sucked, that one you got 3-D glasses and watched a big screen. The Klingon Encounter was awesome! We sat in this "ride" type thing and it moved so you really felt like you were moving in a shuttle craft
I've had people ask me about it before but I wasn't paying $50 for it, but if you can only do one and like actually moving around and action, totally got to do the Klingon Encounter.
My friend, briansgirl, and I pretty much laughed through all of it, the "acting" was a little corny, but I'm glad I went. Here are just a few pics I got.
