My sister filed a claim with the BBB today as she said she has been emailing Lauren since 9/12 and Lightspeed has yet to respond --- guess what now they can’t log into their account … says email is not registered….. it just bugs me as I referred them to this Site and now they are just sending people a “form letter” to get out of paying them. Oh well, another survey site that bites the dust and fails to pay.
