I received the same letter....

!!!! I'll never do another product tester like this again. As for Lightspeed....I might not deal with them again, either. It's not fair they asked us to do this and then come up with stupid reasons why we aren't being paid.

I did charge the machine daily, sent back EVERYTHING....including instructions, paid for insurance out of my pocket. The BIGGEST WASTE OF MY TIME. I was on vacation when I received this and took the thing with me. If that isn't doing what you've been asked I'm not sure what is.
