that being said I wrote them a letter telling them they were full of it since NONE of the reasons above were true. I sent the dang thing back the same day they had you do the final survey. fed ex came and picked it up I know I called to have them pick it up and they did. also it was working fine no problems with it except I did notice that the days were off by say 12 hrs or so and mentioned it to them but still there was a total of 14 days that my son recorded all his beverages. I know cause I had to help him the first day to figure it out and made sure he did it every time he had something to drink.so what did they expect? anyway I told them in the email what did they want my son to do LIE? I told them that I think id talk to the BBB(better business bureau) and whoever else about how they are ripping people/ kids off.my son did ALL of what he was suppose to right down to the T if something was wrong with their unit it was after it left here. I will NEVER let my son do another survey like this for them again.
