I didn't do this particular study, but I did one a while ago where I had to input the data in the palm pilot and send it back. The details sound the same though. I think they ship FedEx, I don't remember if they gave a tracking # on the return shipping label. I had to contact the BBB to get my $ from lightspeed. Maybe others here have had better luck with these studies. Was there different contact info for questions about the study in their invite email to you? If so, maybe they're a little better about answering emails than lightspeed.
