"The word "Clouds" has been set to a point value of Zero. It was formally worth 30,000 and was issued to one person as a refund of points for purchase of a product we no longer had in stock. It was never supposed to be in circulation and was "found" by someone who was guessing at words/using a 'bot' to input words automatically. If you claimed the word "Clouds" no action will be taken against your account, nor will the 30K be reapplied to your account."
LOL crazy!!! I think they should have let everyone keep the points it takes forever to get up the points to get anything good..
