The Playtex® Sport™ Team Instant Win & Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") begins on 9/28/06 at 5:00 pm Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on 9/25/07 at 4:59 pm ET.

SWEEPSTAKES DRAWINGS/PRIZES: Two random drawings will be conducted by the Administrator on or about each of the following dates, 12/29/06, 3/30/07, 6/29/07, and 9/26/07, as follows:
One drawing will be held from among all eligible entries received from entrants who indicated that they received a Playtex Sport Sample Pack in one of the following categories combined: "I'm a high school team captain", "I'm a high school team member" or "I'm a high school gym student". This drawing will award the following prizes:
(1) prize: $5,000 to be awarded as a check which may be used toward the winner's education. In addition, $5,000 will be awarded as a check to the winner's school which may be used toward her school's athletic program.
If the winner selected the "I'm a high school team member" category on her entry and provided her high school team captain's name and her high school name on her entry, that high school team captain will also receive $5,000 which will be awarded as a check which may be used toward her education (the high school team captain must be registered in the Promotion at the time of the drawing in order to win this bonus prize). If the winner did not select the "I'm a high school team member" category, no prize will be awarded to the high school team captain.
One drawing will be held from among all eligible entries received from entrants who indicated that they received a Playtex Sport Sample Pack and selected the "other" category, and, from entrants who indicated that they did not receive a Playtex Sport Sample Pack. This drawing will award one prize: $5,000 to be awarded as a check which may be used toward the winner's education. If the winner is a high school student, $5,000 will be awarded as a check to the winner's school which may be used toward the school's athletic program.
Non-winning entries from each drawing will be retained and included in subsequent drawings. Limit one Sweepstakes prize per person. Sweepstakes winners will be notified by email, telephone and/or mail at Sponsor's sole discretion. Any winner may choose not to accept their prize, in which case the prize will not be awarded, and no alternate winner will be selected. Odds of winning in any drawing will depend on the number of eligible entries received prior to each drawing. Total value of all Sweepstakes Prizes combined is up to $100,000.
