I came back to say that my other post may seem racist and that was not my intent - I think promotion to go to the deserving, not to someone based on male vs female, black vs white, asian vs etc...I was just amazed that it was posted that they are not in corporate america and i know they are, and besides, even if they were not, does that mean that if we keep them inthe closet and we don't "see" them that it makes it okay?
