The rules work just like the other referral forum. The thread was closed, because it was no longer a chain. One person signs up, then the next and so on. When people begin coming in and just putting their link up, it's not fair, and it will be closed.
If something is wrong in the thread, someone needs to post "wait" or something, and then it needs worked out. If a link was sent out, "jumping" over your signup, then that definitly is wrong. Unfornately, if the person chooses to go ahead and skip over, we can't stop them.
Let me re-look at the thread, and I will give you a definite answer.
