I received mine on Monday. No there was not a PIN #, you are supposed to use it as a credit, not a debit, I've used mine at about 4 places this week with no problem. You use the credit option and then sign the receipt that prints out.

If you haven't received the card yet, call the # in the first post and talk to them. The lady I talked to said everyone should have received them by now.
