The U.S. Supreme Court refused Monday to take up ``Terri's Law,'' the measure pushed by Gov. Jeb Bush in October 2003 to keep Schiavo alive. The Florida Supreme Court struck down the law as unconstitutional. Wolfson served as Schiavo's guardian for two months in 2003 under ``Terri's Law.'' He tried to broker an agreement between the two sides, but was unsuccessful. Wolfson said it is not too late to revisit the original question in the long-running legal saga -

You don't think it is "cruel and unusual" to remove all sources of food & water and allow someone to slowly starve to death ? If you had a sick animal and allowed it to die in such a manner you would be up on charges so fast it would make your head spin. At least the Dutch use medication and sedation to effect euthenasisa
