this is what i use..............i used to use imesh and it really does cause probs with the puter
I do make sure that after I finish downloading and close Ares I always run adaware and it takes care of making puter safe again....at least for me ....I haven't had any problems ( and of course I always have antivirus protection enabled whenever I'm on the net.
