Well, I FINALLY got mine! I ordered a half size larger than my normal shoe size and they seem to be the right size. Just can't wear thick socks with them like I'm used to. But that's interesting about the heels because these heels did feel a little loose. So I don't know whether to gamble and send them back or just keep them.
