I did the snack food survey with the palm and haven't received my check yet. I called 1-888-280-0728 and it is for I-Trac (not sure if this is spelled correctly, but I remember seeing the name somewhere when doing the survey). The woman I talked to was very helpful, told me that they did receive it back on May 6th, and told me I did qualify for the incentive. She said I should expect the check on or around 6/17.
