Ok, I "did" the Benefiber ! And it IS awesome !

I had no clue that this stuff existed ! You really can put it in anything, and, let it disolve completely, and, you DO NOT know it is there !

I got this great deal from Amazon... came to $27.00+ total, delivered. Even at my local Walmart it is $11.97 + tax, which would make it $12.69 each ! Soooo, this saved me $3.00 each canister. I am checking now to see if it is still the same price at Amazon, 'cause if it is, I am ordering another deal !

Fiber is soooooooo good for you... in every way !

And, "doing" fiber now will really pay off in the future. I like it 'cause it lets me eat less, and still feel full.

Thanks again flybabyny for posting this, and jaylee for plugging what a great product it really is and making up my mind to try it.
