FYI:
If you know that they have sent a particular coupon out & you did not receive one call the 1-800 # that is printed on the receipt and ask them to send you one. I was told by cs that anytime I want one to just give them a call & they will send it out. I've gotten several this way now. For some reason I have a problem just receiving them at random even though I've registered online, sent in a postcard, wrote a check, and I give them my telephone # everytime they ask.
